My Culinary Journey

Brandon King is the visionary chef-owner of Salt & Fire Catering, bringing bold flavors and expert craftsmanship to every dish. A proud graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy, he has dedicated over 17 years to mastering the culinary arts. His diverse experience spans from working as a cook, sous chef, and head chef to honing his skills as a butcher and fishmonger. Passionate about high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques, Brandon has built a reputation for delivering unforgettable dining experiences, specializing in seafood and expertly prepared meats. Whether catering a private event or crafting a signature dish, he is committed to excellence, ensuring every bite tells a story of skill, passion, and creativity.

My Philosophy

I believe that food should not only be delicious but also nourishing. That's why I prioritize using fresh, whole ingredients in my cooking. I also strive to minimize food waste by using every part of the ingredient and repurposing leftovers whenever possible.
